I was born and raised in the Caribbean Island of Puerto Rico. I am the youngest of eleven brothers and sisters. I moved to Boston when I was sixteen years old and did not know how to speak English. After a few years, I began to speak the language and learned my way around. I went to college and married my husband Pablo who is also a real estate agent. I began my Real Estate endeavor in 2007 when my husband and I were stationed in Hawaii. My husband served in the United States Army for 22 years. Because of the military, we had to move every three years. We didn’t know where we were going to live or how we were going to adjust. In 2005 I started having a desire to learn more about Real Estate so I purchase my first home. I realized I needed so much information and some guidance. I was afraid. It was the biggest investment decision I have even made in my life. Thank God for my best friend Billie Joe Melanson. She was a real estate agent and had all the knowledge that we needed to make our decision. She made us feel secure and at ease. My friend and I love to help others. That is when I became interested in real estate. I wanted to take the role of assisting people in their home purchases. It is part of my personality. I want to walk my client through the step of buying or selling a home. I want them to know that they can trust me. I want to inform them about the neighborhoods and the resources available for them. Help them understand the importance of information to make the transition not only a success but as smooth as possible. I offer above and beyond services to my seller through effective communication, research and individualized marketing strategies. When asked what makes me different, I say "I exceed my customer's expectations by providing information on the current market, educating them on the step by step process of purchasing and selling a home, and offer unmatched customer service In real estate I found a sense of purpose. I love what I do and I feel happy about doing it. I wake up in the morning knowing that is going to be a great day and that I will do everything in my power to help my client find what they want and feel the joy of fulfilling their real estate dreams.
